Comessenger Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-19. By signing up you accept these terms. If they change, the app will ask you to accept the new version.

What Comessenger is

Comessenger is a messenger. Messages, photos and voice notes are end-to-end encrypted on your devices: the service cannot read them.

Zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Prohibited:

• child sexual abuse material and any sexualisation of minors;
• human trafficking, sexual or any other exploitation of people;
• threats, incitement to violence, harassment, stalking;
• spam, bulk messaging, unsolicited advertising;
• fraud, phishing for money, passwords or codes, impersonation;
• distributing malware;
• any other illegal activity.

Reporting and blocking

• You can block anyone in the app: they will not be able to message or call you.
• You can report a message, a person or a group. A report includes the latest messages of that chat as you see them; only the support team can read them.
• We review reports within 24 hours.

What we do about violations

• The offender's account is banned without warning, and the phone number cannot be registered again.
• Child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities (including NCMEC, USA).
• On a lawful request we disclose what we have (see the Privacy Policy). We do not have message content, so we cannot disclose it.

Your account

• Sign-up uses a phone number confirmed with a code. Registering someone else's number is not allowed.
• You are responsible for your password: it protects both sign-in and your chat backup.
• You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete account.

Limitations

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but cannot guarantee delivery of every message and are not responsible for content users send each other. The service is not intended for children under 13.
